This piece consists of a re-engineered frame, where a separate internal white sub-frame has been built to hold a piece of glass at the back of the cabinet, which has been painted in acrylic and detailed with handmade raised ridges/veins.  
 
The front sheet of glass has been detailed with fluid acrylics and aerosol to create distinctly different mosaic tiles. The acrylic mosaic tiles float above the ridges, where a shadow of the tiles is cast upon the ridges. This piece contains two sheets of glass and a backing board and so it is substantial and weighty.
 
The total external frame size measures 73 cm by 53 cm. 
The frame depth is 5cm.
